On this page: the guild (G), what a season is, the rankings (Y), the season relics (R) and the island events (V).
The guild (G key)
A guild is your club: a permanent group of players with its own name and its own chat. Press G to open the window. If you do not have a guild yet:
- You can found one (you need level 8 or higher). You choose a name with letters and spaces.
- You also see the invitations you received. Press “Join” to accept.
If you already have a guild:
- You see the name, your rank (Leader, Vice-leader or Member), the guild message and the member list (online ones first, with a green dot).
- The leader and vice-leader can invite by name. You can also kick (lower ranks) and leave.
- The “Guild chat” button opens the guild channel.
Note: a newly founded guild fully activates (with its name above your character and its chat) when you log back in. Joining one that already exists is immediate.
In the works: ranks with custom names, passing guild leadership, a guild bank and a guild badge.
Backup command: !hermandad crear <name>, invitar <player>, unirse <guild>, salir, expulsar <player>.
The season
Rift Delve is played in seasons. Each one is a fresh lap of the island, with its own story, level cap and rankings. Season 1 is called The Splintered Crown and takes place on Rift Island.
- Everyone starts at level 8 and the cap is level 100.
- The story has four acts. Its finale, The Night of the Crown, decides how Season 2 begins.
- At level 25 you swear an oath to a faction: Ashport or Ironhold. You can change faction once per season for 20,000 gold.
When a new season begins these reset: quest progress, dungeon access won through quests, your faction oath, House reputation, season relics and the rankings.
What you keep: your achievements and titles, the pages of the King’s Diary you read and recipes.
Details: Seasons and rankings and Season 1 story (in Spanish).
The rankings (Y key)
The GM keeps count of everything. Press Y to see the season rankings, or type !ranking.
There are seven rankings (the top 50 of each is shown):
| Ranking | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Level | Who has the highest level. |
| Fastest dungeons | The best time in each dungeon. |
| World boss | How much damage you did to the world boss. |
| Rifts closed | How many Rift Tears you helped close. |
| Legendary loot | Points for epics (2), legendaries (5) and set pieces (1). |
| Achievements | How many achievements you have. |
| First kills | Who was the first on the server to beat each boss. |
Achievements give titles (for example, “Delver”): they are cosmetic and never give power. You pick them with
!titulo.
Season relics (R key)
Relics are big powers that you pick four times in the season: at levels 20, 40, 60 and 80 you choose one of three. The window opens by itself when you reach the level, and also with R.
- They last the whole season.
- They are very strong against monsters and trimmed (or do nothing) against players.
- You get one free reset per season: it erases all your choices so you can pick again.
| Level | What they offer (one of three) |
|---|---|
| 20 (Awakening) | More experience, more gold and double loot, or fast recovery out of combat. |
| 40 (Mastery) | Echoing hits, less damage taken from monsters or stronger heals. |
| 60 (Ascent) | More damage to monsters and bosses, an emergency shield or life steal. |
| 80 (Legend) | A devastating charged hit, a second life or double loot. |
All twelve relics with their exact effect: Season relics (in Spanish).
Island events (V key)
The island has events that happen by themselves, for the whole server. Press V to see which ones are active and which are coming.
- Quarry of the day: one monster species gives experience x2, loot x2 and respawns faster all day long.
- Rift Tear: a tear opens at a place on the island for 25 minutes. There are three waves and a prize chest for everyone who fought.
- World boss: the Herald of the GM, a giant boss that shows up in the Rift. It is switched off for now (it is too strong for the current content). When it is switched on, it will appear once a week and only if 10 or more players of level 80 or higher are online. While it is off, the events window does not show it.
- Dungeon of the day: a dungeon with a double prize the first time (see Dungeons).
- Loot moment: when someone gets an epic, legendary or set item, there is a beam of light and an announcement.
