On this page: your stats (P), the talent tree (N), the level 20 subclass and the ability book (B).
How your character grows
Everything comes down to three things that work together:
- Your level. You level up by fighting and doing quests. In this season the cap is level 100.
- The talent tree. Each level gives you 1 point (from level 8). You spend points to improve your stats and unlock abilities.
- Your gear. What you find or buy adds stats, inside the caps of the character sheet.
Stats: the character sheet (P key)
Press P and the Character and stats window opens.
- On the left you see your character with their gear, your health and your mana.
- In the middle and on the right are your stats in four groups: Offense (physical power, magic power, crits…), Defense (max health, damage reduction, dodge…), Support (healing, potions, shields) and Utility (movement speed). At the bottom you see your Skills (Melee, Distance, Shield, Magic level) and your active passives from the tree.
- Hover a stat: the tooltip tells you where each part comes from (base, vocation, level, subclass, tree, gear, relics…).
The caps: every stat has a maximum for the total of all its sources (for example, crit chance tops out at 50%). If you go over, the sheet marks it in gold (“at cap”) and the excess is lost. This keeps any single combination from breaking the game: spreading your stats is always a good idea.
Some useful rules:
- Your weapon hit lands every 2 seconds. More attack speed makes it land more often.
- Physical and magic crits are rolled separately. A base crit hits +50%.
- Damage reduction lowers everything you take; elemental resistance only lowers elemental damage.

The talent tree (N key)
The tree is where you build your character your way. There are no materials to farm: every level gives you one point. How it is laid out:
- A trunk that opens at level 8 and is the same for both subclasses of your vocation.
- Two branches, one per subclass. They open when you choose your subclass (level 20).
- Rows unlock with the points you have already spent (like classic WoW). Some nodes have an arrow: they need the node above to be maxed.
Nodes come in four types:
| Type | What it does |
|---|---|
| Stat | Adds power, health, crit… at each rank. |
| Ability | Rank 1 unlocks it and puts it on your action bar. Ranks 2 and 3 make it stronger. |
| Passive | An automatic special effect (for example, healing you when you drop below 30% health). You can only have 5 passives active at a time. |
| Capstone | The final passive of each branch. It is the most powerful. |
How to spend your points:
- Click a node to add a point (still a draft).
- Right-click removes it.
- Press Apply to confirm everything at once. Discard undoes the draft.
At the top right you see your talent points (available, earned and maximum) and how many of your 5 passives you carry.
Hover a node to see what it gives you now, what the next rank gives, the mana cost and the requirements (a green + if you meet them, a red - if not).
If you make a mistake: the first reset is free (“Reset tree”). Later ones cost 100 gold per level. Since there are more nodes than points, you cannot fill everything: every build is a choice.
More detail: Talent tree (in Spanish).
Subclass at level 20
When you reach level 20 you pick one of the two subclasses of your vocation. The subclass:
- opens its branch of the talent tree, with new abilities;
- gives you a passive of its own;
- defines which attributes your loot tends to bring (a Guardian will almost never see crit; a Sorcerer, almost always
magic crit).
How to choose: in the talent tree (N), above the branch of the subclass you want, press “Choose” (the first
time) or “Switch to this” (to change later). The branch you did not pick looks locked, but it keeps its points. The
command
!subclase <name>also works.
| Vocation | Subclasses |
|---|---|
| Warrior | Guardian (tank and shields) or Berserker (melee damage) |
| Archer | Marksman (ranged crits) or Hunter (traps and control) |
| Mage | Pyromancer (fire over time) or Sorcerer (critical bursts) |
| Shaman | Healer (heals and shields) or Summoner (beast forms and summons) |
It is not a final decision: you can change subclass for free, out of combat. The trunk stays the same and each branch keeps the points you put in it.

The ability book (B key)
The book shows every ability of your vocation and subclass, the ones you have unlocked and the ones you have not.
- The ones you own say “To the bar”: one click puts them on your action bar. You can also drag them to any slot.
- Locked ones tell you where in the tree they unlock.
- Hover an ability to see its damage or effect, cooldown and mana cost.
- Ultimates are the strongest ability of each kit and have long cooldowns.
Besides the tree abilities, your vocation keeps its classic spells and its runes.
All abilities: Abilities (in Spanish).
What happens at each level
| Level | What you get |
|---|---|
| 8 | You start here. Your first talent point and the trunk of the tree. |
| 12, 16 and 20 | You have enough points to open the next trunk rows. |
| 20 | You choose your subclass and your first season relic. |
| 25 | In the story, the oath to a faction (Ashport or Ironhold). You now have points to open more rows of your branch. |
| 40, 60 and 80 | You choose another season relic (see Guild, season and relics). |
| 100 | Season cap: 93 talent points in total. |
Tip: when you level up, open the tree with N and spend your points right away. An unspent point does nothing.
